Does EzAuto require a deposit?

Yes — a rental deposit is required upfront, typically 10%–50% of the vehicle value (set during approval based on the vehicle and your profile). A higher deposit reduces your monthly rental. Full conditions are set out in your signed rental agreement.

How is EzAuto's deposit different from a bank deposit?

A bank deposit is a down-payment on a loan. EzAuto's deposit is a rental deposit — it secures the vehicle and lowers your monthly rental. Conditions are set out in your signed rental agreement.

What do I actually pay on day one?

Your first monthly rental and your rental deposit (from 10% of the vehicle value). That's it — no balloon payment and no hidden fees.

What's included in my monthly rental?

Comprehensive insurance, vehicle tracking, 24/7 roadside assistance, and licence & registration admin. The car is yours to drive every day — your only variable costs are fuel and routine servicing.
