How many months of bank statements do you need?

Three months' payslips if you are employed, and six months' bank statements if you are self-employed.

What if I am paid in cash?

We work from bank statements, so cash income needs to be visible as deposits into your account. Six months of statements is the usual requirement in that case.

Do I need a credit report?

No. We run a soft credit check ourselves, which does not affect your score, and approval is affordability-led.

How quickly can I be approved?

Within 24 hours of us having every document. Applicants who send everything at once are usually assessed the same day.
